Day 1-
My three oldest are now all in school. So, it is just me and my youngest at home. She turned 3 recently, and I can't believe how big she is getting. On September 1st, she took a nap, which is a rare thing at our house. I got a lot of work done while she slept!
Day 2-
On Friday I volunteered at my kids elementary school. My younger son spent the summer reading the Harry Potter books. He is reading the last one right now, so I got a photo of him with it.
Day 3-
On Saturday, my oldest son and I went shopping at the DI for church pants for him. It was fun spending time one on one with him. I love the DI! You never know what you will find there. We found this ugly (or pretty?) chair while we were there.
Day 4-
After church yesterday, we spent part of the afternoon cleaning up our basement. My husband had the kids take turns getting into our basketball hoop. This was a free giveaway we got earlier this year. We can't use regular basket balls on it, but my husband still manages to make a basket!
Day 5-
All day long I promised my kids when it warmed up, we would go to the splash pad near our house. Well, it barely got to 80 degrees. And, the wind was blowing. But, my two middle kids still played in the water. We have loved going to the splash pad this past summer.

Really cute photos! It is kind of fun having just one little one at home while the big kids are at school all day :) We have loved the splash pad too! And I am impressed he has read all of the Harry Potter books! I quit after book 4.
